After the numerous good reviews, we were rather disappointed. We had a seat in the beer garden. The location itself is really very nice. Service was only ok until the food was received, then unacceptable. When we had eaten our empty dishes stood at the table for about 15 minutes without being noticed. I finally got a service person from the restaurant at our table to be able to pay. No request whether the food was tasty, no excuse for the long wait, no request whether there was anything else. The taste of the food was okay but not a high-flyer. Also lukewarm. We then left the planned dessert with coffee and instead got an ice cream.

The service is very good and friendly. The food is delicious, but if the dishes were intact, my impression of the restaurant would have been even more positive. But since this is not a broken leg we would love to come back.

We had breakfast yesterday and were more than disappointed. By the time breakfast came, the coffee was cold, then this and that was missing. Loveless arrangement, etc. Result, once and never again.

We were there 2 weeks ago for an overnight stay. We had informed the hotel that we would be arriving around 9pm. Unfortunately we were not told that the kitchen closes at 9 p.m. We were there a few minutes before 9 p.m. and the kitchen was already closed, but luckily we still got a snack. The employee was very friendly! Room: The bed had a high foot section, which meant that my friend could only lie in the bed at an angle and therefore not relaxed. The windows in the room were on the east side and there were no opaque curtains. We then woke up around 5 a.m. and were unable to fall asleep due to the bright sunlight. I didn't find the check-out very friendly. The lady didn't even ask if everything was OK. We had the food / drinks from the previous evening written in the room and it was almost forgotten to calculate this. When I made her aware that there was still an open receipt from the previous evening, she took it into account - a small thank you would not have broken it off.

We have stayed here many times as Rottenburg is where my husband is from and he has family here. I love this guest house/hotel. The service is impeccable, the rooms very comfortable, the food is simply AMAZING. Rooms are so clean and the decor is so beautiful... We stayed here four times and all of them have been outstanding. Yesterday we used the sauna and it was great! HIGHLY recommended!

A really nice place for celebrations. The inn as the courtyard spreads a cozy atmosphere. The food was delicious, all to the point. The waitresses were friendly and attentive. The place is recommended for celebrations as well as for a cozy meal.

Excellent German old style hotel with modern looks

Pleasant and quiet hotel with cozy rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom had daylight and a heater, the toilet was clean, as was the bathroom and the room. Only the water pressure from the tap was low, it was hardly enough to wash your hands. The pressure in the shower was good, you just have to wait a bit for warm water to come. If other guests also shower, temperature fluctuations occur, but this is normal. The breakfast buffet is sufficiently varied and rich. You don't have to do without your cappuccino either. All in all, the hotel comes highly recommended, and not too expensive. Families can also stay here or stay longer, there is a playground in the courtyard.
